Auto Dealers Scanning and Searching Repair Orders Training Reference Guide

The purpose of this section is to scan Repair Order Document(s) into etfile. When you scan a Repair Order you will select the custom OCR Zone Template that will extract data from AutoMate related to the RO and attach data to the document in etfile for the purpose of easily searching and finding the information at a later time. The document will be scanned into etfile with the associated AutoMate data as well as scanned directly into the customer folder created in the etfile Fileroom.
